Why
The Problem This Solves
Cybersecurity procurement involves multiple stakeholders — CISO, CTO, CFO, Compliance, SecOps, Infrastructure — each seeing the problem through a different lens. Without structured consensus, organizations buy based on one person's opinion, get stuck in analysis paralysis, or end up with misaligned solutions that don't address the real priorities. This engine aligns everyone systematically before a single vendor call happens.
🧠
What
What This Engine Does
A 6-phase intelligence-driven journey: Setup → Discovery → Consensus → Recommendations → Adoption Plan → Repository. Nine stakeholder personas — from CEO to Infrastructure Lead — each answer role-specific questions about their reality. The engine automatically calculates domain priorities, builds consensus heatmaps, generates ranked solution recommendations across 137 OEMs, and produces a ready-to-act adoption plan with multi-brand evaluation sets and internal champions.

How
How It Works
Select which of the 9 personas will participate — from CEO/Board for strategic governance to AI/Data Head for emerging risks. Each answers 3–6 targeted questions about their concerns, gaps, and priorities. Every answer maps to security domains with weighted scores — no manual rating needed. The engine aggregates scores, calculates variance-based consensus, and surfaces where stakeholders agree and disagree. The result: a data-backed procurement roadmap, not a gut-feel decision.
Who Should Participate
Each persona brings a unique lens. The more perspectives, the stronger the consensus. Select at least 2 during setup.
